I have taken my citi golf to Vagspec a few times now, to fix the little problems that crop up inbetween each yearly service. They are professional, friendly and thorough every time. This time I had to have the wiring to one of my indicator lights repaired, which they could do quickly, since they had an automechanic on staff and they even took my car to one of their partners to have the exhaust bracket repaired on my request. I didn't have to drive to three different places to have small things fixed. Wayne was very nice and explained what was going on every step of the way. After experiencing poor customer service at other businesses recently, it's nice to be made to feel like your business is important to them. I'll be back. (Hopefully not soon)
